It seems like all the spices would have a dietary effect besides burning my esophagus and making me go to the bathroom. All those spices must have a metabolism effect that causes weight loss, at least that's what I am hoping for. I purchased a package of pre-made curry sauce at the local farmer's market and I couldn't resist tasting the package in it's concentrated form. Once I got over the burning on my toungue I started liking the flavor and when I mixed the dinner I didn't put as much water as the recipie called for and I think I made a slighter more potent version of the curry than I was expecting.
The fun part about this meal is that I pulled apart a chicken that had already been cooked and dumped some noodes into the mix to replace the rice that I didn't have. It was a marriage made somewhere between Italy and India, because that stuff was Awesome! I still have a little in the frig, I think I better go for now and I'll get back to writing about it later.

Best Indian Food EVER! the blog.
Each year I figure I have had the best indian food available to me. My love for pakoras and marsala sause continues to grow with every spicy mouthful and with every new lunch buffet I find. Today is no different. I found the best indian food yet at a restaurant in Reno Nevada of all places. The fact that this curve continues to rise is all the meaning I need to start this blog. I'll call it, "Best Indian Food Ever!, the blog.
